Blake Geoffrion's third two-goal game in the span of four contests last Friday helped him earn the Western Collegiate Hockey Association's offensive player of the week award.

The Wisconsin Badgers men's hockey junior captain scored twice in a 3-3 tie with Minnesota-Duluth last Friday, then added an assist on Podge Turnbull's shorthanded goal in a 4-1 victory a night later.

Geoffrion has a career-high five-game point scoring streak, during which he has scored six goals and added three assists.

He is the first UW player given a league award this season.
