ST. CLOUD, Minn. -- Two years from now, Wisconsin Badgers men's hockey defenseman Ryan Little will have some familiar company on the roster.
Sean Little, Ryan's brother, has verbally committed to play for Wisconsin, likely starting in the fall of 2010.
Sean, a 17-year-old forward, is in his first season with the Green Bay Gamblers, the same United States Hockey League team that Ryan captained last season.
A hand injury has kept Sean, listed at 5-foot-10 and 175 pounds, out of the Gamblers' lineup for the last three weeks. The Fond du Lac native has no points and 27 penalty minutes in six games this season.
The Littles are expected to become the 14th family with two or more brothers to play at UW.
The Badgers have verbal commitments from seven forwards who could arrive in 2010: Little, Tyler Lapic, Jefferson Dahl, Gavin Hartzog, Cody Strang, Matt Paape and Mark Zengerle. All but Lapic and Zengerle are from Wisconsin.
