ALL EYES ON

UWM: Traci Edwards needs just 16 points to become the school's all-time scoring leader, surpassing Maria Viall's 1,856 total. Edwards has led the Panthers in scoring in each of their five games this season. She was the Horizon League's Player of the Year last season when she averaged 20.6 points and became the first player in conference history to lead the league in scoring and rebounds in back-to-back seasons. "Traci Edwards is the real deal," said Lisa Stone. "She really can play inside, she's a preseason All-Horizon (pick) and getting some All-American notices. The ball's going to touch her hands."

Wisconsin: Alyssa Karel may not be as prolific a scorer as Jolene Anderson was for the Badgers, but she's been a consistent producer, scoring in double figures in each of the first six games. She's also shown she can deliver under pressure, as she did with her game-winning basket in the final seconds of Saturday's 59-58 upset of No. 6 Baylor. She also made a clutch 3-pointer to put the Badgers ahead in their 47-45 win over Villanova in the first game of the Paradise Jam. "I don't want to have her feel like she has to shoulder all the weight, because she doesn't, and she knows that as well," said Stone. "The ball has been in her hand near the end of the game, and she can make some plays. She's got an amazing ability to create in the open court. Her outside shot has really come along. She can get to the basket. She's very good in the mid-range pull-up."
